At 15:30 on September 9, the School of Economics and Management held a conference for all the staffs in the autumn semester of 2022 in the A218 lecture hall of the Economics and Management Building. Members of the school's leadership team, and the whole faculty attended the conference. The conference was presided over by Liu Lin, a full-time counselor at the department level and chairman of the labor union.
The Dean, Li Chunling, highly affirmed the hard work of all the faculty in fighting the epidemic and holding on to their posts during the school closure, and made a comprehensive summary of the work of the school in the first half of 2022 from the aspects of party building and ideology and culture, undergraduate teaching, discipline construction and postgraduate training, scientific research, faculty building, recruitment and employment, innovation and entrepreneurship education, international exchange and cooperation, and labor union work. Besides, she made detailed arrangements for the work in the second half of the year. She stressed that all staff members should quickly adjust their status, engage in various works in the new semester with a positive spirit, a new outlook and full of enthusiasm, and sustain their efforts and vigor to contribute to the high-quality development of all undertakings of the school.
The party secretary Zhang Zhenhua conveyed the spirit of the recent middle-level cadres conference held by the university. Zhang Zhenhua stressed that all faculty and staff should raise their political standpoint and maintain a stable and united political situation; stimulate the spirit of commitment and create a good pattern of officers and entrepreneurs; enhance cohesion and stimulate a strong feeling of love for the school as a family. Zhang Zhenhua hoped that the faculty and staff will continue to strengthen political awareness and the concept of the overall situation, carry forward the spirit of responsibility, inspire the love of the school as a family and closely focus on the goals and tasks set at the beginning of the year, continue to work hard, make the contribution of the people of the School of Economics and Management to the university " double first-class" construction and connotation of high-quality development and to welcome the 20th Party Congress with practical actions!
At the conference, the newly recruited teachers in the past two years were introduced, and six teams and 55 advanced individuals who had made outstanding achievements in party building, discipline and professional construction, teaching achievements and student education management in 2021 were commended.
